The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the official SSC MTS Notification 2025 earlier this year for recruitment to the posts of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN). A total of approximately 8,326 Vacancies were announced. The Computer-Based Examination (CBE) was successfully conducted in September-October 2025. Candidates are now eagerly awaiting the Results.
SSC MTS 2025 Latest Update (తెలుగులో): 10వ తరగతి అర్హతతో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల కోసం నిర్వహించిన SSC MTS 2025 పరీక్షలు అక్టోబర్ లో పూర్తయ్యాయి. ప్రస్తుతం అభ్యర్థులు ఫలితాల (Results) కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. డిసెంబర్ 2025 లో ఫలితాలు విడుదలయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.

My Advice (నా సలహా): ఇది 10వ తరగతి అర్హతతో వచ్చే బెస్ట్ సెంట్రల్ గవర్నమెంట్ జాబ్. పని ఒత్తిడి తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. మీరు పై చదువులు (Higher Studies) చదువుకోవడానికి లేదా CGL/UPSC వంటి పెద్ద పరీక్షలకు ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వడానికి ఇది సరైన ఉద్యోగం. హవల్దార్ పోస్టుకు మాత్రం ఫిజికల్ టెస్ట్ (Walking) ఉంటుంది.

Vacancy Details (ఉద్యోగాల వివరాలు)
SSC MTS 2025 నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా మొత్తం 8,000 పైగా ఖాళీలను భర్తీ చేస్తున్నారు. ఇందులో రెండు రకాల పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి:
- MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff): ఇది సాధారణ ఆఫీస్ బాయ్, ప్యూన్, లేదా క్లరికల్ అసిస్టెంట్ స్థాయి ఉద్యోగం. వివిధ కేంద్ర మంత్రిత్వ శాఖల్లో (Income Tax, Railways, External Affairs etc.) పోస్టింగ్ ఉంటుంది.
- Havaldar (హవల్దార్): ఇది CBIC (Customs) మరియు CBN (Narcotics) శాఖల్లో ఉండే యూనిఫామ్ ఉద్యోగం. దీనికి ఫిజికల్ టెస్ట్ ఉంటుంది.
Eligibility Criteria (అర్హతలు)
Candidates must meet the following criteria as per the SSC MTS Notification 2025.
1. Education Qualification (విద్యా అర్హత):
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
- (డిగ్రీ లేదా ఇంటర్ ఉన్నా పర్లేదు, కనీస అర్హత 10వ తరగతి మాత్రమే).
2. Age Limit (వయో పరిమితి) – As on Aug 1, 2025:
- 18-25 Years: For MTS and Havaldar in CBN.
- 18-27 Years: For Havaldar in CBIC and few posts of MTS.
- Age Relaxation: OBC (3 Yrs), SC/ST (5 Yrs), PwD (10 Yrs).
Exam Centers in Telugu States
తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల అభ్యర్థులు లోకల్ గా ఎగ్జామ్ రాసుకోవచ్చు. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న సెంటర్స్:
- Andhra Pradesh: Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Kurnool, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Nellore, Chirala, Vizianagaram.
- Telangana: Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar.
Selection Process (ఎంపిక విధానం)
The selection process consists of a single Computer Based Examination (CBE) conducted in two sessions.
Session-I (Qualifying Only – No Negative Marking):
- Maths (20 Qs) & Reasoning (20 Qs).
- ఈ సెషన్ లో కేవలం పాస్ అయితే చాలు. మార్కులు ర్యాంకుకు కలపరు. నెగిటివ్ మార్కింగ్ లేదు.
Session-II (Merit Deciding – Negative Marking Exists):
- General Awareness (25 Qs) & English Language (25 Qs).
- ప్రతి ప్రశ్నకు 3 మార్కులు. తప్పు రాస్తే 1 మార్కు కట్ (Negative Marking) అవుతుంది.
- ఈ సెషన్ లో వచ్చిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగానే జాబ్ ఇస్తారు.
PET/PST (Physical Test): Only for Havaldar posts (Walking 1600 meters in 15 mins for Males). MTS పోస్టులకు ఫిజికల్ టెస్ట్ ఉండదు.
MTS is a Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post.
- Pay Level: Level-1 (7th CPC).
- Basic Pay: ₹18,000.
- Allowances: DA, HRA, TA will be added.
- In-Hand Salary: సుమారుగా ₹30,000 – ₹34,000 (X-City) చేతికి వస్తుంది.
