The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC CPO Notification 2025 for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). In a major update, the commission has increased the total vacancies to 5,308 Posts. The Tier 1 Computer-Based Examination (CBE) is scheduled to be held from December 9th to 12th, 2025.

Vacancy Details (ఉద్యోగాల వివరాలు)

SSC ఈసారి ఖాళీల సంఖ్యను భారీగా పెంచింది. మొత్తం 5,308 పోస్టుల వివరాలు:

• Sub-Inspector (Delhi Police): దేశ రాజధానిలో పనిచేసే అవకాశం. (Male: 142, Female: 70 approx).
• Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs: ఇందులో వివిధ ఫోర్సుల్లో పోస్టింగ్ ఉంటుంది.
  • CISF (Central Industrial Security Force): విమానాశ్రయాలు, పరిశ్రమల్లో భద్రత. (Highest Demand).
  • CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force): నక్సల్స్ మరియు శాంతి భద్రతల సమస్యలను డీల్ చేస్తారు.
  • BSF (Border Security Force): పాకిస్తాన్, బంగ్లాదేశ్ సరిహద్దుల్లో డ్యూటీ.
  • ITBP & SSB: కొండ ప్రాంతాలు మరియు నేపాల్ సరిహద్దుల్లో డ్యూటీ.

Eligibility Criteria (అర్హతలు)

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as per the SSC CPO Notification 2025.

1. Education Qualification (విద్యా అర్హత):

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Degree) from a recognized university.
• For Delhi Police SI (Male only): Candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) on the date of Physical Test. (ఇతర పోస్టులకు లైసెన్స్ అవసరం లేదు).

2. Age Limit (వయో పరిమితి) – As on Aug 1, 2025:

• Minimum Age: 20 Years.
• Maximum Age: 25 Years.
• Age Relaxation: OBC (3 Yrs), SC/ST (5 Yrs), Ex-Servicemen (3 Yrs).

SSC CPO 2025 Exam Date & Slot Booking

SSC కొత్త విధానం ప్రకారం, అభ్యర్థులు తమ ఎగ్జామ్ తేదీ మరియు సిటీని స్వయంగా ఎంచుకునే అవకాశం కల్పించింది (Self Slot Booking). ఇది నవంబర్ 17 నుండి 21 వరకు జరిగింది.

Paper 1 Exam Date: డిసెంబర్ 9, 10, 11, మరియు 12, 2025 తేదీల్లో ఆన్‌లైన్ లో జరుగుతుంది.

Selection Process (ఎంపిక విధానం)

SSC CPO ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో నాలుగు దశలు ఉంటాయి:

Step 1: Paper-I (CBE): 200 Marks (Maths, Reasoning, GK, English). ఇది కేవలం స్క్రీనింగ్ మాత్రమే కాదు, దీని మార్కులు ఫైనల్ మెరిట్ లో కలుపుతారు.

Step 2: PET/PST (Physical Test): ఇది క్వాలిఫైయింగ్ మాత్రమే. మార్కులు ఉండవు.

• Male Height: 170 cm. Chest: 80-85 cm.
• Male Run: 1.6 KM in 6.5 mins & 100m in 16 secs.
• Female Height: 157 cm.
• Female Run: 800m in 4 mins & 100m in 18 secs.
• Long Jump & High Jump also included.

Step 3: Paper-II (English Language): 200 Marks. కేవలం ఇంగ్లీష్ గ్రామర్ మరియు కాంప్రహెన్షన్ పైనే 200 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి.

Step 4: Medical Examination (DME): కంటి చూపు, టాటూస్, నాక్-నీస్ వంటివి చెక్ చేస్తారు.
